Fatal accident in Hellam Township, York County closes Route 30WB

Route 30 westbound in York County is closed down as crews reconstruct the scene of a fatal accident at the Hellam exit. According to the coroner, two people were killed in a two vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon.It happened near the Hellam Township exit. Officials say two other people were injured. No other immediate details were available. More>>

    A vehicle crashed into a Lemoyne home around 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Westwind Drive. The driver told abc27 she was trying to negotiate a turn and could not stop. She believes her brakes went out, causing her vehicle to drive through the front yard and into the home. The vehicle stopped when it hit the garage. No one was injured.More >>

When police arrived they found Daric Braden Gray, being detained by store employees. The employees told police that Gray had taken two packages of meat, worth $5.28, and tried to leave the store without paying. Jones.Officials were called to the 100 block of Park Avenue in Ephrata Borough on July 11 after a three-year-old was found, unattended, on a neighbor's porch.Investigators say they found that three children were in Jones' care, ages 6, 3 and 1. The children were allegedly unattended and unsupervised in her apartment for at least 20 minutes.Jones has been charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of children.More >>
