    Children from the Christ Cornerstone Academy in Steelton, took part in swim tests at the Rainbow Hills Swim Club in Swatara Township on Tuesday morning, to make sure they can swim in deep water.According to the CDC, the drowning rate for African American children ages 5-14 is almost three times that of other children the same age.
