Abnormal Challenges Beefs Up Participants and Charity

Losing weight is one of the most popular New Year's resolutions. It can also be one of the hardest to keep. This year, one group is offering a completely abnormal workout.

Personal trainer Joe Green came up with a goal and a deadline. He wants people do as many crunches as they can.

abc27 News myTAKE - What's Your Opinion?As added motivation, find sponsors to pay one penny for each crunch performed between January 15 and February 28.

All of the money goes to the Ronald McDonald House, while the participants get fit.

The "Ab-normal Fitness Challenge" starts Tuesday.
