Rob DixonRob joined abc27 in June of 1989. Rob's enthusiasm for the elements extends beyond the Forecast Center, as evidenced by his weeknight reports on science and nature.
Rob's most memorable experience in broadcasting happened somewhere over the Bahamas –covering a mid-air refueling mission with Pennsylvania's 193rd Special Operations Group.
Rob has always had a love of science. He earned his A.S. at Belknap College in New Hampshire, a B.S. at Lyndon State College in Vermont, and a M.S. from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, South Dakota.
He enjoys science fiction and is a ham radio enthusiast.
