Variation: For a mocha flavor, add up to ½ cup cold, strong coffee or espresso. To make your regular morning brew stronger, run the leftover coffee through the machine again, using the same grounds. Then freeze the coffee in ice cube trays; substitute for the regular ice cubes, adjusting number of cubes to your taste.
