Stephen J. Milito,M.D. - Medical Director
A Pennsylvania native, Dr. Milito is a graduate of University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his postgraduate training in Radiation Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia in 1994, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year.
Dr. Milito, who is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology, was formerly Assistant Professor and Staff Radiation Oncologist at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He served as Medical Director of the Radiation Oncology Residency program for three years prior to his appointment as Medical Director at OakWood Center.
A Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and author of numerous published articles and book chapters related to his field of interest. Dr. Milito is a lecturer and participant in research studies. He has served as principal investigator in a cooperative group study Phase II trial evaluating the combined effects of hormone therapy with external beam therapy and brachytherapy in intermediate risk prostate cancer.
Robert Luthmann, PhD. - Director, Medical Physics
Dr. Luthmann is an expert in medical physics and he specializes in external beam therapy and high-dose brachytherapy. He served as Chief Medical Physicist at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Florida for 24 years. Dr. Luthmann received a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Cooper-Union, NYC and a Master of Science and Ph.D. from the University of Florida. He completed his post-Doctoral work at Shands Teaching Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Luthmann is board-certified in Therapeutic Radiological Physics and has chaired panels and delivered lectures on Radiation Therapy throughout the country
Linnie P. Cough
Administrative Director
As OakWood's Administrative Director, Linnie is responsible for business management of the clinic and day-to-day operations. Linnie has a degree in business and previous job experience in diagnostic radiology and as a healthcare provider contracting specialist.
Connie Hawkins, RT(T)
Lead Radiation Therapist
Connie skillfully manages a team of radiation therapists. Leading by example, she puts her expert skills and years of experience to work on our behalf.
Josh Miller, RT(T)
Radiation Therapist
Josh is an accredited member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). Under the supervision of the physician, he takes films and measurements used to create the treatment plan, and also administer daily treatments.
Christy Barbagello, RT(T)

Christy is an accredited member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). Under the supervision of the physician, she takes films and measurements used to create the treatment plan, and also administer daily treatments.
