Crab & Avocado Salad with Horseradish Vinaigrette Dressing

Chef Dawson Flinchbaugh from Flinchy's shares his recipe for Crab and Avocado Salad with Horseradish Vinaigrette Dressing.

Salad Ingredients:

- mixed greens (or spinach, or your favorite salad base)

- 1 lb. lump crab meat

- red onion slices

- plum tomatoes

- cucumber slices

- avocado (peeled, pitted & sliced wide)

 

Dressing Ingredients:

- 1 part red wine

- 1 part extra virgin olive oil

- 1 Tbsp horseradish (maybe more to taste)

- 1 tsp Grey Poupon (maybe more to taste)

- 2 pinches of sugar

- whisk dressing ingredients together.. Taste, and if necessary, add more of desired ingredients (like it hot? More horseradish!)

Drizzle over salad and enjoy!
