York teen accused of strangling woman at party

Police arrested a Dover man Tuesday after they said he choked a woman at a party Monday night and left her unconscious.

Tyler Bryant Fisher, 18, is accused of assaulting a 19-year-old woman and strangling her until she was knocked out. The party was held at a private residence on Schoolhouse Road in Dover Township.

The woman was sent to York Hospital for treatment of injuries.

Fisher is in police custody. He will be taken to Central Booking for processing.
