Jennifer O. Heller, M.D. is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist licensed in both the states of New York and Pennsylvania. She began practicing in Cumberland County in 2010 providing health care for women of all ages. She is fluent in both English and Tagalog. She specializes in laparoscopic surgery, normal and high-risk pregnancy, and all means of birth control such as oral contraceptives, intrauterine devices, and tubal sterilization. She has privileges at the West Shore Surgery Center, Holy Spirit Hospital, and Harrisburg Hospital. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Philippine Medical Association.
Dr. Heller earned her medical degree at the Davao Medical School Foundation in Davao City, Philippines where she earned a citation for academic excellence. She completed her residency at the Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Following her residency, Dr. Heller began practicing in Blaire County before coming to practice in Central Pennsylvania.
