About Total Health
Total Health Ministries was established in the late 1970's. Thanks to owner Cheryl Hawkins, "Total Health" has emerged as a premiere nutritional consulting and natural health center in Central Pennsylvania.
Total Health is committed to the whole person; created specifically to designed programs for each of our clients. Our goal is to provide the highest quality supplements, nutrients, and detoxification regiments that work together to assist your body to operate at its optimum level.
"Wellness" is that state of being where physically, mentally, and spiritually, our bodies are functioning at their highest levels. By educating, training, and assisting our clients with individualized holistic approaches to "Wellness", both common and complex health issues are addressed with tailor made courses of therapy.

- Nutritional Consult – This service is 30-minute sessions where a case history will be taken, along with a skin response assessment of your body system with the ZYTO COMPASS tool, following a brief dialogue of the results and program to suit your body systems' needs.
- Colon Hydrotherapy – 30-minute session. Extended time per request.
- Ionized Foot Spa – 30-minute treatment, comfortable and relaxing way to rid the body of toxins without precipitating healing crises.
- Candling – a one-hour treatment. Beeswax candles that allow wax, fluid, infections, fungus, dirt and residue to be released into the candle from the ears.
- Alkaline/Ionized Water – drink ionized, mineralized, oxygenated water with healing properties.
- Infrared Sauna - 15-30 minute treatment. Delivers dry heat using light rays in the infrared spectrum. These rays deliver heat directly into the body without having to use steam or air. Infrared saunas are used for stress reduction and to treat muscle and joint ailments like pulled muscles or arthritis. A portable infrared sauna device, consisting of a seat and a tent or dome, that both emits and contains infrared heat so that the user can enjoy the health benefits of dry heat therapy
