HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Harrisburg police said they have located the vehicle involved in a deadly hit and run crash.

Police said they located the white 1997 Saturn on Sunday night after receiving a tip call. Police said they have identified the driver involved in the crash, but so far no charges have been filed.

The crash killed 41-year-old Anthony Neals, who was described as an honest, hard-working father of eight.

"At the end of the day, you took somebody's son, somebody's father, somebody's brother," his sister Shante Neals told abc27 after the crash.

According to police, Neals was struck at the corner of South Cameron and Allison Streets around 3:30 a.m. Saturday. His family told abc27 he was riding his bike home from his job at UPS when he was hit. Police said the driver fled the scene.

Investigators said another passing driver reported the accident, but when officers arrived on the scene, it was already too late.
