Harrisburg man indicted in connection with tax fraud

A Harrisburg man has been indicted on charges of making false tax claims.

Authorities said Robert Clarkson, 33, filed fraudulent tax returns for 16 people in 2009 using false W-2 information. The refunds claimed totaled $78,695 for the 2008 tax year.

If convicted, Clarkson could face up five years in jail and $250,000 in fines.
