BELLEFONTE, Pa. (WHTM) -
An accuser who is now a member of the Army National Guard and an Iraq veteran told jurors Jerry Sandusky rubbed his body and touched his genitals during frequently sleepovers at the coach's home.
The 25-year-old man referred to by prosecutors as "Victim 3" said he met Sandusky when he was in the fifth grade and later began spending more and
more time with the coach. He said he slept at Sandusky's home about 50 times.
He said Sandusky would come into the basement where when he was sleeping, convince him to strip to his underwear, and would then "horse around" with him in bed.
"He would touch me, and rub me, and grab me," he said. "At that time I would try to roll over and get away from him. That's
pretty much where it would stop."
Like other alleged victims who testified this week, the accuser said Sandusky's wife Dottie was upstairs during the incidents. But he also told the jury that Sandusky made him feel like part of the family.
"I didn't want to give any of it up," he said.
He said he was later sent away to foster care and never heard from Sandusky again.
"I'm mad. I'm raged. I'm hurt," he said,
"because he could just forget about me like I was nothing."
"I would pray
he would call me, maybe find a way to get me out of there, maybe adopt
me or something," he said.
The judge overseeing the trial said prosecutors could finish presenting their case Thursday.
