CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police in Carlisle have arrested Stephen Robinson, 23, in yesterday's shooting of 26-year-old Terrance Ebo in Carlisle.

Robinson has been charged with aggravated assault, police said. The victim is known in the area as 'Kev.' He suffered one gun shot wound to the chest and was rushed to Hershey Medical Center in critical condition yesterday.

Ebo and Robinson are no strangers to the law. Ebo was out on bail on two drug related charges. In April, he was arrested for drug delivery and this past Monday he was arrested for disorderly conduct and drug possession.

In April, Robinson was accuse of throwing a scooter at a moving car.

Police said Ebo was shot near the 100 block of A Street and was able to walk to the 400 block of North Pitt street. Police said that is where he collapsed investigators are not sure if this shooting is connected to Monday's fight.

Ebo is known in the neighborhood as the man on the motor scooter. Mary, who lives in the area, was outside soon after shots were fired. She did not want to appear on camera because she fears for her safety but she says she tried to help Ebo.

"I seen the boy shot ... and I went to him and I was calling 'Kev wake up! Wake up!' and he looked me in my eyes and he closed his eyes and then the ambulance came and got him," Mary said.
