DOVER, Pa. (WHTM) -

A 24-year-old York County man has been arrested for a stabbing at the Dover Township home of his ex-girlfriend.

Benjamin Black argued with a Snyder County man who was visiting the woman in the 4100 block of Nursery Road Monday evening. The argument turned physical and Black charged at the unidentified victim with a knife, according to Northern York County Regional police.

The victim was initially able to avoid the knife, but Black lunged at him a second time and cut him in his lower left side, police said.

Black fled but was taken into custody while he was walking along Carlisle Road. He was charged with counts including aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and terroristic threats, police said.

The victim was transported to York Hospital for treatment of his wound, which is not believed to be life threatening, police said.
