Future Hershey Bears and Washington Capitals stars are working out this week at Washington Capitals Rookie Camp in Arlington Virginia all this week. Camp is free and open to all fans. The Caps training complex is located on the 8th floor of the Ballston Common Mall in Arlington Virginia. There is a parking garage at the mall.
