Talk about a cool way to spend some dough. A "cash mob" hit the Rainbow
Snow and Ice Cream in Palmyra Wednesday night.
What's a cash mob? Instead of dancing and singing in public, this group got together and swamped a local business. In this case nearly three dozen people stopped by the ice cream shop to purchase some chilled treats.
"We we're also hoping that it would bring some community awareness to our downtown," Margie Yohn with the Palmyra Area Business Association said.
They plan on doing it again in the near future.
