Police seek tips in Upper Allen park vandalism

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County are looking for information that could help them solve a case of vandalism at Simpson Park.

A park pavilion had what appears to be "CANOE 2012″ carved into a wooden support beam and a pentagram symbol, and the word "SATAN" was scratched into the paint on a metal door, police said.

The vandalism was found Friday morning.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 795-2445 or leave an anonymous tip at 591-3790.
