MONT ALTO, Pa. (WHTM) -

Kevin Cleeves waived his extradition hearing on Monday and will be brought back to Franklin County within two or three days.

State police canceled an Amber Alert for an abducted child Saturday morning after the four-year-old girl was recovered safely and her father, a suspect in the shooting deaths of three people near Mont Alto, was captured in Ohio.

Kevin Matthew Cleeves was taken into custody without incident by Austintown police, who were also able to safely take custody of Leia Cleeves, police said.

Austintown police said Cleeves' vehicle had been spotted in a hotel parking lot off Interstate 80 and was later stopped in the parking lot of the Weston Plaza on Route 46, where Cleeves was arrested.

Pennsylvania State Police also confirmed that three people died as the result of the homicide Friday night in the 7600 block of Anthony Road, also known as Route 997, in Quincy Township, Franklin County.

Coroner Jeffrey Conner later identified the victims as 55-year-old Rosemary Linda Holma, and her son, 28-year-old Vincent Santucci, both of Waynesboro; and 25-year-old Brandi Cleeves, Santucci's girlfriend and Kevin Cleeves' estranged wife. She is also the mother of Leia Cleeves, Conner told abc27.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, Kevin Cleeves' aunt told authorities in Michigan her nephew was "drinking and mad" when he drove to Santucci's home to pick up his daughter. Cleeves apparently told her when he got to the house, Santucci told him that Leia was his daughter and to get off his property. Cleeves then reportedly shot Santucci.

Brandi Cleeves got out of her vehicle, and Kevin Cleeves shot her, according to the affidavit. His aunt said Santucci's mother came running out of the house, and Kevin Cleeves shot her. He then took his daughter and fled the scene.

All three victims died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds, Conner said. Autopsies were scheduled for Monday.

According to court documents Cleeves said that he "messed up". He also said that he was trying to get to Michigan because he wanted his daughter to stay with his aunt.

Kevin Cleeves, 35, is facing three counts of criminal homicide, according to online court documents.
