A man was arrested for throwing beer bottles off the Comfort Suites roof on South Hanover Street, according to Carlisle police.
William Owens, 22, of Carlisle, was arrested after throwing several beer bottles onto South Hanover Street and the parking garage on Sunday around 1:15 a.m , police said.
Owens accessed the roofs of several buildings from a fire escape, police said.
Ownes was charged with trespassing, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, along with other charges, police said.
