A 16-year-old Dover teen and his passenger had only minor injuries after a tree fell on top of their van, police said.
Northern York County Regional police said the van was westbound on West Canal Road in Dover Township Thursday afternoon when the large tree fell on top of the windshield area.
The driver and his passenger were transported to York Hospital for
treatment.
The roadway was closed and traffic was detoured for nearly an hour while the tree and vehicle were removed, police said.
