Friends and family members will gather Tuesday night to remember a Gettysburg woman who was killed earlier this month.
Shiphod Brown, 19, was shot to death on August 3 while driving in her car on Breckinridge Street. Police said she was not the shooter's intended target.
A candlelight vigil will be held at 8:30 p.m. at the Gettysburg Area Middle School in her memory.
