DOVER, Pa. (WHTM) -

Two York County residents have been arrested for a robbery at a Dover Township shopping center.

Darren Poe, 44, of North Codorus Township, and Valerie Lynn Dattisman, 26, of Dover Township, were taken into custody on Tuesday, according to Northern York County Regional police.

The two are charged in a June 11 incident in the 2100 block of Palomino Road, where a 40-year-old woman had her purse stolen from her shopping cart, police said.

When the victim gave chase, the robber tossed the wallet and jumped into the passenger side of a waiting vehicle, police said.

The woman was not injured and all of her property was recovered.

Poe was charged with robbery, conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property, while Dattisman faces a single count of conspiracy.
