Police are looking for a 21-year-old Lebanon man for a shooting in the city early Saturday.
Victor Hernandez remains at-large, but was charged Monday with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and a firearms offense, according to police.
Hernandez is suspected of shooting a 20-year-old Brooklyn, New York man in the knee during an argument the in area of 5th and Guilford streets. The injury was not life threatening.
The victim, who was not identified, told investigators he was in Lebanon visiting family, police said.
