CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) -
Emmanuel Nzambi has been sentenced to 22 to 45 years in prison after pleading guilty but mentally ill Tuesday to shooting his psychiatrist's wife near Holy Spirit Hospital more than five years ago.
Nzambi, 42, received a sentence of 20-40 years for criminal homicide and an additional 2-5 years for a firearms offense in a penalty handed down Tuesday by Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas Judge Edward Guido.
Nzambi was already serving 20-40 years imprisonment for shooting his neighbor outside his
suburban Harrisburg apartment in July 2007, about two months after the shooting that killed Mary Moola in her husband's office at the Medical Arts Building in East Pennsboro Township.
