Jay has been in and out of foster care for two to three years and is looking to find a permanent family near the mid state so he can stay in touch with his siblings.
Jay is six-years-old, enjoys the playground and is into sports.
Jay's permanency worker, Carrie McCullough said Jay is always full of joy.
"Jay can flash a beautiful smile and also gets them back in return," said McCullough. "He can bring a smile to my face every time I see him."
Jay would like a family with both parents and an older sibling he can look up too. Jay needs stability to enhance his already bright future.
