ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) -
Two Lancaster County men have been arrested for burglarizing the home of an 82-year-old Elizabethtown man before racking up more than $1,000 in charges on the victim's credit cards.
Richard T. Kuhn Jr., 25, of Elizabethtown, and Sean D. Haines, 24, of Mount Joy, were charged Thursday with burglary, conspiracy, theft and access device fraud, according to Northwest Regional police.
Bail was set at $10,000 cash.
Police said the two entered a home on Mark Drive through an unlocked window during the early hours of Wednesday and took a 42-inch television, prescription medicine, and other items. The victim was home at the time of the burglary.
The pair then went to the Walmart in Ephrata and bought over a $1,000 worth of items with the victim's credit cards, police said.
