Police say a suspicious person approached a 16-year-old girl in Spring Garden Township after watching and following her with his car.
Spring Garden Police say a man in his early 20's followed the girl from the 800 block of Southern Road to the area of Midland and Woodberry Roads before getting out of his car and asking the girl where she lived. The girl kept walking and the man got back in his car.
The incident occurred on Monday around 3 p.m.
The man is described as skinny with dark hair and a mustache. He was wearing blue jeans and sneakers and driving a faded green car. Police do not know the exact make and model of the car but say it could have been a Nissan Altima.
