Police: 2 arrested in attempted homicide

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Two people have been arrested for attempted homicide from a shooting on September 16th, according to Harrisburg police.

Police said Armani Carson, 18, is accused of shooting a 17-year-old girl in the leg on the 500 block of Woodbine Street. It was believed Carson was firing at his ex-girlfriend but missed and struck another girl, police said.

Police also arrested Kim-My Dao, 17, who police say was driving the car as Carson fired the shots.

Police said Dao is being charged as an adult due to the nature of the offense and that she acted as an accomplice to Carson.
