A Berks County high school teacher and swimming coach had inappropriate sexual contact with four underage girls, the Attorney General's office announced today.
Jonathan Bell, 31, was charged in August with having inappropriate contact with both a 15- and 17-year old girl. Attorney General Kelly said Bell has now been charged with a total of ten counts of inappropriate contact with minors.
