Two Harrisburg men have been charged with allegations of pointing a stolen gun at a woman on the 1600 block of Park Street on July 13th, according to the United States Attorney's Office.
In one indictment, Carlos Hill, 41, and Elijah Brown Jr., 37, were charged with alleged possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a stolen firearm.
Hill was in custody at the time of the indictment. Brown was arrested on September 28. Both men were arraigned and are being held pending trial scheduled for December 3rd.
If convicted, Hill and Brown face a statutory minimum of 15 years in prison.
In a second indictment related to a separate case, a federal grand jury charged Kenya Scott, 39, with perjury and making false statements.
Scott allegedly lied during questioning in March in connection with the investigation of Eric Chambers, who is facing federal charges for allegedly being a felon in possession of a stolen firearm during an incident at the Red Ridge Inn.
