Jill Biden speaks in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

The wife of Vice President Joe Biden spoke at President Barack Obama's campaign headquarters in Harrisburg this morning.

Jill Biden is campaigning for her husband and Obama. Monday morning she spoke about education and voter registration.

On Tuesday, she will make an afternoon appearance at the Lancaster headquarters on West King Street.
