Crash slowing traffic on Interstate 81 in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

A multi-vehicle crash is slowing traffic on Interstate 81 northbound in Harrisburg.

The crash occurred at around 4:30 p.m. at the Exit 69 for Progress Avenue.

Traffic backlogs were reported from the I-81/I-83 split to the George Wade Memorial Bridge over the Susquehanna River.

All but one lane of the interstate was closed at the crash site until about 5 p.m.
