One person killed in Route 30 crash

COLUMBIA, Pa. (WHTM) -

Dispatchers said one vehicle crashed on Route 30 East and Ironville Pike in Colombia Borough just after 9 p.m. Monday.

One person was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene, according to dispatch.

Route 30 east is closed while crews continue to investigate.

The name of the person killed has not been released.
