President Barack Obama and Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney are set to debate for the second time tonight at 9 p.m. Both parties have set designated locations across the midstate for several debate watch parties.
While Obama is looking to rebound from the last debate, where many thought his performance was poor, Romney will continue to try to sell his vision for American to the American people.
