NORTH YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -
A York man has been arrested for a shooting incident last week outside of a North York nightclub.
Miguel A. Colon-Marte, 30, turned himself in to police Wednesday to face charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and causing or risking a catastrophe, according to Northern York County Regional police.
Police believe Colon-Marte is the gunman who fired several shots into the air October 7 during a large fight outside the Lux Club at 1327 North Duke Street in North York.
Investigators said they also recovered the .380-caliber handgun used in the crime.
