DUNCANNON, Pa. (WHTM) -
Firefighters said a faulty washer-dryer likely caused a fire that forced five people out of their home.
Crews were called to a house along Paradise Road just after 7 p.m. Saturday.
Three people who were inside when the fire started made it out safely.
Firefighters said they were able to get the fire under control quickly, according to Bryan Worner, deputy chief of Duncannon Fire Department.
Worner said the home is a total loss.
