DUNCANNON, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Perry County woman apparently had no sudden medical problem before she caused a three-vehicle crash on Route 11/15 that killed her and two others, according to the coroner.

Perry County Coroner Mike Shalonis said an autopsy Monday determined that 69-year-old Stella Burgard, of Duncannon, died of multiple traumatic injuries she suffered in the crash.

State police have said Burgard, of Duncannon, drifted into oncoming traffic in Watts Township Saturday afternoon before the Chevrolet pickup truck she was driving struck a Chevrolet Cavalier head-on, killing Burgard and the two women in the Cavalier; 22-year-old Jessica Bennett and her passenger, 21-year-old Jasmine Burns, both of Windsor.

A third car, a Honda Civic, then rear-ended the Cavalier, police said. The man driving the Civic and a one-month-old infant were sent to Penn State Hershey Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, police said.

Shalonis said the driver of the Civic was Bennett's fiance and the infant was her child.
