HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -
Pennsylvania State police have issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert for a 10-month-old girl abducted during a homicide in Montgomery County.
Saavni Venna has black hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a white dress with pink flowers when she was last seen at the Marquis Apartments in King of Prussia between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday, police said.
The suspect and vehicle information is unknown at this time, police said.
The Associated Press reported that Venna disappeared after her grandmother was found slain at the apartments. Investigators did not immediately release details on the death of 61-year-old Satyawathi Venna.
Venna's father has made an emotional plea for his daughter's return. He said "If someone finds my baby, could you please bring my baby back. Don't do any harm to the baby."
Anyone with information about the abduction or the whereabouts of the child is asked to contact police by calling 911.
