Police: Driver hit bicyclist, then fled the scene

CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police in Cumberland County are looking for the driver who hit a bicyclist and then fled the scene.

It happened on North Middlesex Road in Middlesex Township. The rider was struck by the car's passenger side mirror and suffered minor injuries.

Police said the driver sped off after the incident. She's described as a white woman with blonde hair. She's driving a boxy, ivory SUV, possibly a Lexus.

Anyone with information is asked to call Middlesex Township police at (717) 249-7191.
