State police have charged a man for crimes that occurred on the campus of Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology in Lancaster, Pa.
Christopher Windsor, 20, from Jacobus, Pa was accused of brandishing a knife on three separate occasions.
On Oct. 11, Windsor allegedly poked a man in the stomach with a knife blade and he was charged with aggravated assault. Three days before, police say Windsor threatened to pull a knife on another man and police charged him with terroristic threats.
The third charge stems from an incident on Aug. 30 when police investigated Windsor for holding a knife to another victim. Police charged him with both aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
None of the victims was injured.
