The "new" Harrisburg Heat returned to the field after an absence of nine years, but lost their first game 6-2 to the Dallas Sidekicks.
The Heat have formed a new team in a new league, but a lack of experience sent them down to defeat in Dallas on Saturday before a sellout crowd. Indoor soccer veterans faced each other on the bench with Richard Chinapoo coaching the Heat and indoor soccer legend Tatu coaching Dallas. Only two players on Harrisburg's team have previous indoor experience.
The Heat will play their first home game on Saturday November 17 at 7pm at the Farm Show Equine arena against Cincinnati.
