Lynchburg Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

Lynchburg, VA - Five men, including one from Lynchburg, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to child porn charges. 48-year-old Jesse Coleman of Lynchburg pleaded guilty to one count of receiving child porn.

Coleman was charged along with four others in an indictment unsealed last February. Court documents show between August 2010 and November 2011, Coleman and the other suspects got the child porn through email.

Each of the defendants faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and lifetime supervised release at sentencing.
