Man killed in apparent carjacking in York

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police in York said a man was killed in an apparent carjacking early Tuesday in the 400 block of West Princess Street.

Edward Leon Green was shot several times at around 1 a.m. and died during surgery at a city hospital, according to police.

His 2007 Toyota Camry was stolen after the shooting and was recovered before 10 a.m. in the 400 block of West College Street, police said.

Police said they have no suspects in the case.
