After running without the support of her own party in the primary, Republican incumbent Sue Helm of Dauphin County went on to win the 104th State House seat Tuesday night with 55 percent of the vote.

Helm defeated Millersburg Borough Council President Chris Deitz, who was the Democratic candidate.
