Mom, 18, accused of abusing infant

MOUNT JOY, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lancaster County woman has been charged with abusing her seven-month-old daughter.

Beth Nace, 18, of Rheems was taken into custody Thursday in Mount Joy.

Police said the investigation began back in September when the infant suffered a broken leg.

On Tuesday, police said Nace admitted she caused the injury and did not provide the necessary medical care.
