HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Three top Penn State administrators will have their first preliminary hearing December 13 in Dauphin County.

This year, Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sex abuse. He is serving a 30-60 year sentence in Greene State Prison while appealing the conviction. Sandusky maintains his innocence.
