HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -
Crews spent hours Saturday trying to put out an unusually-shaped brush fire on Blue Mountain in Lower Paxton Township.
According to emergency dispatchers, the fire started at around 4:30 p.m. on the mountain near Forest Hills and Colonial Road.
Crews were having a hard time reaching the flames due to the location.
The fire was safely under control at around 8:30, but firefighters remained on scene for some time after.
It is unclear what caused the fire to take on a "U" shape.
