The PennDOT trucks are ready and waiting in Dauphin County for Tuesday morning's light snow.
The plows are on, the salt sheds are stocked and crews expected to get an early start Tuesday morning. They will be on the road to hopefully help your commute.
"I think this is going to be more of a nuisance storm, a good practice run for us," PennDOT's Fritzi Schreffler said.
Over 300 trucks in PennDOT's south central area are on standby. Some crews were out on Monday pre-treating some roadways with salt brine.
Some areas of the midstate could see as much as three inches of snow.
