Police seek 2 for questioning in York homicide

York City Police are looking for two men in relation to the killing of Christen Edward Latham in the MoMo's Restaurant parking lot on November 17.

Police believe Richard Brandon Tyler and Douglas Michael Kellly may know something about the killing, which has been identified as a homicide.

On Tuesday police said they were trying to locate five men. Rolando Cruz was located on Wednesday. Marc Hernandez and Anthony Sistrunk were located on Friday.

Latham, 25, of Harrisburg was shot and killed at 1193 Loucks Rd just before 3 a.m. when several rounds were fired. Prior to the shooting, police say a fight had broken out. A second person was injured in the incident but has not been named.
